Come... Join the Florida Society of Accountants celebrate another year as THE society for the small accountant/tax professional in Florida!


Mission Statement

To promote, foster and encourage the development, welfare and interest of accounting and tax professionals in the State of Florida. Promote and encourage through education programs, training, seminars and forums, to advance directly or indirectly, the cause of tax and accounting skills. Maintaining local chapters to advance the purpose and programs of the Society. Maintaining an affiliation with the National Society of Accountants in order to have a national influence. To promote the general public's understanding and appreciation of professional accountants and tax professionals and the services they render.


The September Sweeps  started the fall season off with our own members visiting several chapters and bringing excellent education at a great value to our members.  Next, FSA's esteemed 2010 Speaker of the Year offered his church/clergy seminars in October.  Make note of upcoming seminars; Peace River Fall Symposium on November 11th and PTI with 1040 updates (our own President, Steve Valentine, is one of the speakers) will be in Florida starting November 28th, the Tax Preparer Update is scheduled for January 6th at St. Pete College, and don't forget the FSA Convention from May 31 - June 2, 2012!
